I am neither a great writer nor my language is so great but I am a gastrosurgeon particularly trained in liver, biliary and pancreas surgery and liver transplantation. I see so many myths about abdominal surgeries in day-to-day life.

So this blog is all about my humble effort to break those myths and give real information about diseases related to abdomen and its various organs like liver, pancreas, bile duct, intestines etc.

In this blog I would try to address common gastrointestinal diseases how to treat them when to go for surgery and when not to go for surgery.

What are the benefits that should be expected from the surgery and what are the likely complications.

I hope this will help a lot of readers worldwide.
